I'm sure you're asking yourself "Why do they look so excited?" Well, of course we were on a roller-coaster when the picture was taken, but we also got some really exciting news last night.WE HAVE A CONTRACT ON OUR FLORIDA HOUSE!!! Yeah!!!!
We are so glad to finally get a buyer for the house. It's only been 3 1/2 months, but it feels like forever. Especially when you have to make mortgage payments on a house you don't even live in.
We'll still owe money on the house after the sell and be making payments on that, but at least we won't be paying the electricity, utilities, home-owners insurance and property taxes. That'll be a huge relief.
Closing day is December 1st, which seems like forever, but I'm sure it'll be here before we know it!
